🎄🐴 How To: Book A Lesson
Click on Book A Lesson
Register an account on Ec Pro (name, email, address, phone number)
Click on add rider(s) (ie. yourself, partner or kids)
Select lesson booking
Click book a private lesson (this is for ALL rides/lessons ie: pony ride, tiny tot, led lesson etc.)
Choose your date + time. Lessons need to be booked 24hrs in advance
Add to basket
Repeat all steps for multiple riders (ie 10 am - 02/03/28 for 3 riders).
Go to basket once all riders have been added
Proceed to checkout
To cancel or reschedule a lesson: Log onto EC Pro to make adjustments to your upcoming session at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. All changes (cancellations/rescheduling) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson by you the rider. No refund or account credit will be provided if the notice period is less than 24 hours.
